MS. PATRICIA HARRY

Hi,  I am the founder and director of "One Step At A Time Dance Studio, Ltd." and  The Multi-Cultural Creative Arts Program center (Non-Profit). I starting  dancing at the age of  7.  My teacher of 6 years , Ms. White always said "If You Want To, You Can" so I did. I joined the La Rocque School of Dance in Harlem in the mid 1960"s. the House of Nigeria in Bklyn in the early 1970"s. I started to teach when I was 17 yrs old what a joy. I created a dance program in Patterson Houses in So. Bx (1968), Marble Hill Houses in West Bx (1974)  I relocated to Queens in 1986 and started teaching again, first with "Rhythm Nation Dance Theater" (1996-1999)  "Dance With Me Productions (2001-2003). In mid 2003 my wonderful husband Harold told me to find a place to operate our own dance studio, that's when "OSAAT dance studio was born (9/2003).  Like Mrs. White stated "If You Want To, You Can"  her words still inspire me today.  Now we're creating a new horizon: MCCAP center (10/2010).
Miss. Kiwana Turnbull - Choreographer, Instructor - Creative Director of MCCAP
I was born and raised in the Bx. At an early age I began training at the Dance Theater of Harlem. Soon after I went to a Talent Unlimited High School. I moved to Philadelphia and attended the University of the Arts. I also participated in the Philadanco 22nd Company. I also attached myself to the Charles Moore Dance Theater, Joan Miller Dance Player and Gallant's Newark Dance Theater. I ventured into Queens where I expanded my love of dance with the OSAAT Dance Studio, since it's beginning and thanks to Ms. Pat for her constant support in all I do.
Miss. Edwidge Clerie I was born in Bklyn, grew up on Long Island at the age of 11 I embraced the love of dance in jazz. It became a passion hobby. I attended Suny New Paltz were I participated in the Reggae Dance Troupe (Baddis Elements). My motivation to succeed came when I expand my horizon into Hip Hop with the "Culture Shock Dance Troupe" . I attached myself to OSAAT Dance Studio when an ad showed up on Craig's list, this is taking me closer to operating my own dance school.
